Deepmala is the Founder and CEO of The Visual House, an integrated communication agency that makes documentaries, corporate films, explainer videos, etc. Deepmala is an accomplished director, producer and communications expert with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Over the years, she has gone from being a one-woman army to presiding over a 22-member team for a number of different projects. Deepmala graduated from the International Institute of Mass Media in Delhi, where she studied radio and TV journalism.¬†
Deepmala always enjoyed the media landscape. After graduating from college, she worked in a newsroom and then anchored a month-long travel show where she learned the technical aspects of shooting a show. She then worked with AM Films & Advertising and other production houses before becoming a freelance director. In 2010, she founded The Visual House and started with an initial investment of ten thousand rupees. Today, it has grown into a business grossing five crore in revenue.
